Payroll Stubs – Copies of two most recent stubs for applicant and co-applicant. (Not needed for auto or loans secured by savings or CD.)

Savings, CD, Stock Loans – Name of owner, # shares, value and where collateral currently held.

New or Used Auto Loan – Copy of sales or purchase invoice. If you own car, copy of title.

Self-Employed – Provide two most recent years tax returns. (Not needed for auto or loans secured by savings or CD.)
