Message from the President

First Eagle Bank is an entrepreneurial, independent bank, laser focused on developing long lasting relationships with our customers, our community and our staff.

Many of our customers have been with us for thirty, even forty years, going back to a previous bank owned by my family. They include real estate developers and investors, family-owned businesses, and entrepreneurs. They bank with us because they value a relationship with decision makers and like-minded entrepreneurs, who know the banking business - and who are personally invested in our business too.

We have always taken an active role in our community and are very proud of our six consecutive outstanding Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) ratings and our Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certification. We are committed to providing credit, capital, and financial services to underserved communities and our staff is personally committed and involved with non-profits that assist people in these communities.

The reason we have long lasting customer relationships is because we have long lasting relationships with our staff. Most of our officers and staff have been with us for several years. In fact, four of five from our senior management team have been with us since day one, over thirty years ago!  Many of our officers are personally vested (literally) in First Eagle Bank and we are all personally invested in our Vision Statement ----making a positive impact in people’s lives - our customers, our community and each other.
