Universal banker responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions.
  • Set up new accounts.
  • Assist customers with mobile banking and account management tools.
  • Answer customer questions, providing information on bank products and services
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and build relationships with customers.
  • Help customers set up self service options to allow clients to access to their accounts 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by acting with a customer-first attitude.
