First Eagle Bank is excited to have been able to partner up with Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBC) along with three local non-profit partners, Lawndale Christian Development Corporation (LCDC), The Resurrection Project, and Community Investment Corporation (CIC) to sponsor Diverse Developer Initiative grants. These three non-profit organizations operate primarily in underserved and majority minority communities. We were able to assist these organizations with procuring over $645,000 in total grant fundings. These funds will be used to hire new minority employees and expand their capabilities in the affordable housing development arena.
