We are excited to announce our partnership with The Resurrection Project (“TRP”), a non-profit community development corporation with an award-winning track record of revitalizing predominately low and moderate-income Latino communities on the Chicago’s Southwest Side.
First Eagle Bank has committed low cost, flexible financing, which will enable TRP to focus on purchasing and rehabbing vacant single-family homes, primarily in the Back of the Yards neighborhood and selling affordable homes with an average cost of $180,000 - $200,000.
We’re delighted to play a vital role in this initiative, which will act as a catalyst in this targeted community. This partnership and investment into TRP will create and retain homeownership in an area that has, for years, experienced disinvestment.
