Isabel began her career at First Eagle Bank in 2007 as a part-time teller in the West Loop, while attending college. From there, she spent some time working in Personal Banking and has steadily grown and taken on more responsibility at the bank. Following her graduation from UIC with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2013, she secured a full-time position as an Accounting Analyst at the bank’s Hanover Park location. In 2016, Isabel was promoted to Accounting Officer and in 2018 she became Assistant Vice President/Operations. Today Isabel is Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Her duties include preparing and overseeing the Bank’s financials and managing the various audit functions. In addition, Isabel is responsible for overseeing and reporting on the management and mitigation of Information Security (IT) at the bank. Isabel also volunteers her time providing financial literacy at the Hanover Park Community Resource Coalition (HPCRC) serving youth during their summer programs.
